This company is a European based producer of environmental monitors for use in the pharmaceuticals industry. They design and manufacture systems to monitor and control factors such as temperature, pressure, humidity and CO2 amongst others in areas such as hospitals, laboratories, blood banks and other critical storage facilities. Their goal was to continuously improve their offering to their customers by offering quick response warranty support as and when required, with product replacement and/or refurbishment and reconfiguration. Closing the loop with secure product disposal/recycling in line with environmental legislation and their own green objectives was also key for this client.
